Oy, I had some issues with this on our home network. I'm running both a software-based firewall application and relying on the security features embedded in my R7000P. I'm running 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems on my intranet, and it's caused compatability issues.

I have turned off the firewall on my computer. “I am using Mac by the way.” It still did not help. I am using sftp connection and port is 22 . My lost option is to go into my Netgear’s Gateway settings and disable the firewall or add a rule to allow access to my ftp. I just do not know how to do that. Can someone help?
